Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, 6 August 9:00am.

Take a well-earned break and explore the best of Phillip Island with fellow graduate students. We’re heading off for a jam-packed adventure featuring:

🐨 A visit to the Koala Conservation Reserve – see Australia’s iconic tree-huggers
🌿 Time to unwind and explore the stunning natural surroundings of the Peninsula
🐧 A magical evening at the world-famous Penguin Parade, where the little penguins waddle ashore at sunset

Whether you're new to Monash or just need a nature reset, this is your chance to relax, connect, and make some furry (and feathered) memories. Your $40 student ticket includes:
🚌 Bus ride to and from Phillip Island (from Caulfield and Clayton campuses)
🎟️ Entry tickets to both the Koala Conservation Reserve ($17) and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade ($33)
🍽️ Dinner with refreshments and snacks throughout the afternoon ($30)

MGA HEALTH & WELLBEING GUIDELINES FOR EVENTS

Attend only when well If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting flu-like symptoms, we kindly ask that you do not attend the event.

Practice good hygeine Please maintain good hygeine practices. This includes regular hand washing or using the hand sanitiser which will be readily available at the venue.

Mask availability Masks will be available for attendees who request them.

Work for the MGA

The MGA employs Monash graduate students to fill the receptionist roles at the Clayton and Caulfield offices. When a vacancy arises we advertise the position through our email newsletter and on our website.

The Monash Graduate Association (MGA) is the representative body for all graduate research and coursework students enrolled at Monash University. So, what sets us apart from the University services? The MGA is an independent, not-for-profit association governed by graduate students, for graduate students. Our primary aim is to be there for you!
